Where to Register Your Office Address

The registration of your office address will take place at the Business Registration Office of the IRD. The office is located at the following address:

4/F, Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong

Service Hours

The IRD’s business registration office services four main categories via four separate counters. These counters are the new business registration application counter, the payment counter, the inquiry counter, and the public search counters.

The new business registration application counter is where you would go if you’re an entrepreneur looking to collect your business registration certificate and pay your required fees on the same day. You will be required to complete and submit the application at the counter. The cut-off time for submission is at least 30 minutes prior to closing.

Hours of operation: Monday to Friday (except public holidays) from 8.45 am to 5 pm.

The inquiry counter is where you would go to collect your amended business registration certificate within the same day. You will be required to forward your notice of the change, along with the relevant information in full at the counter. The cut-off time for submission is at least 30 minutes prior to closing.

Hours of operation: Monday to Friday (except public holidays) from 8.15 am to 5.30 pm.

Payment counter’s hours of operation are Monday to Friday (except public holidays) from 8.45 am to 5 pm.

The public search counter’s hours of operation are Monday to Friday (except public holidays) from 8.15 am to 5.30 pm.
